They took photos of the damage and explained the job, I agreed the cost and they told me that they would do the job the next day at 9:00 am. Surprise to me as they turned up in the rain and completed the job, photos taken and again explained of finished job. Really impressed with their attitude and work”

I needed someone urgently as we had a major leak coming through the roof. From the first contact with Sammy who runs this company I was extremely happy with his knowlege and the excellent customer service, keeping in touch at all times by text or phone if anything changed re dates, scaffolding etc. The job was completed in a day with Sammy showing progress photos all the way through. “Called on NYE, expected to have to book in. BUT.. phone answered straight away and, within the hour, Sam and Sammy were round, up on the roof, and fixed the leak that afternoon. Underlay repaired, drip trays fitted, guttering adjusted. Really nice guys, knew what they were doing. It was (in my view) eye wateringly expensive but it was NYE, I wanted it done rather than sit through a bank holiday worrying about water damage, they put in the work and the leak is fixed. We were prepared for the expense, the quote was up front nothing hidden, and they'll come back if any problems. Would recommend.”

“Called Sammy on the Friday asking if he would be able to come and give me a quote for an emergency job due to my kitchen flooding. Within half an hour he arrived and was very friendly.
