Repair or replace?

If the damage is in one place and the deck underneath is sound, a repair can be enough. If the roof has leaked more than once, feels soft underfoot, or the felt is cracked and blistered all over, a new roof usually works out cheaper than repairing it again and again.

Why rubber (EPDM)?

EPDM is a single sheet of synthetic rubber, so on most home roofs there are no joins for water to find. It stays flexible in the cold and copes well with sunlight. New roofs come with our 10-year guarantee.

    “We had first response roofing & builders in to repair our flat roof, the two boys that did it were absolutely amazing being in a terraced house they had to throw all the old roof materials over my kind neighbours wall for taking away. Not only did they clean all my side up spotlessly they went around and cleaned up my neighbours garden & yard all in 1 day, work was completed.I can’t praise the professional way they worked in the sweltering heat we had.”

How long does a flat roof replacement take?
